German Potato Salad

Ingredients
Directions
3 cans of potato1 cup chopped onion2/3 cup water1/2 cup white vinegar4 strips turkey bacon2 T flour4T sugar (or to taste)salt and pepper to taste.
brown bacon in pan, set on paper towel. Brown onions in remaining fat. Stir in water, vinegar, flour and sugar, cook until dressing is thick. Stir in potatos and crumbled bacon.
Turkey bacon cooks best over medium temp.
salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
