Sugar Free Cranberry Orange Relish

Ingredients
1 bag cranberries1 cup water1 tsp cornstarchdash cinnamondash cloves1 Cuties tangerine, peeled, sectioned and diced, plus some zest1 cup Splenda
Directions
Makes about 12 servings

Combine rinsed cranberries, tangerine, cinnamon, cloves, 1 cup water and cornstarch in a medium pan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cranberries should mostly pop and it should thicken. Remove from heat. Stir in Splenda (next time I'd use less Splenda, 1 cup is the sugar measurement).

You can either chill as is for whole berry sauce, or puree for a more jelled sauce. I use a stick blender to partially puree then chill.
