Carrot Souffle

Ingredients
1 lb baby carrots3 tbls Smart Balance Buttery Spread3 tbls flour1 tsp baking powder3 tbls Splenda Blend for Baking1/2 c Egg Beaters1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Boil Carrots until tender - drain. Add carrots and Smart Balance Spread to food processor and process until smooth. Mix flour, baking powder and Splenda together. Add to carrots and process until smooth. Stream in eggs while processor runs. Add vanila and pulse. Bake at 350 degree for 40 minutes.
