Mexican Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
16 cups thinly sliced cabbage4 cups thinly sliced onion1 cup chopped fresh cilantro1/3 cup fresh lime juice1 tablespoon canola oil1/2 teaspoon salt1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped (Optional but included in the nutritional information)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well.

Salad is better if allowed to sit for at least 1/2 hour.
