Spicy Thai Basil Chicken stir fry

Ingredients
2 cups Brown rice, prepared to directions on package2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 tbsp ( 1 turn around the pan) olive oil1 tbsp hot chili oil1 tsp (or more depending on your preference!) crushed red pepper flakes1 small white onion1 cup of sliced red peppers (fresh)1/2 cup of sliced raw yellow peppers1 cup of snow peas4 cloves of garlic2 tbsp fish oil ( 2 turns around the pan)20 fresh basil leaves
Directions
Place rice on the stove top to cook per instructions on package.

Cut the onion and peppers into strips, crush the garlic and set aside. Cut chicken on an angle into thin strips and set aside.

When the rice is about 6-7 minutes from being done, start the stir fry.

Heat a wok (or a large nonstick skillet) over high heat. When the pan smokes, add olive oil.

Sprinkle in crushed pepper flakes and hot chili oil. Add chicken and stir fry 2 minutes. Add onions, peppers, snow peas and garlic and stir fry for 2 more minutes.

Add fish sauce.
(*EXTREMELY STINKY* Beware* until you add the torn Basil, it has a very potent smell)

Take pan off of heat and add basil. Stir until basil wilts and serve over rice.
