MIX TURKEY, MINCED SHALLOTS, 2 CLOVES OF MINCED GARLIC, EGG AND BREAD CRUMBS ,AND HALF OF ALL THE SPICES TOGETHER. FORM MEATBALLS. SET ASIDE. LIGHTLY ROAST EGGPLANT, THEN PUREE WITH STEWED TOMATOES ALONG WITH THE REST OF THE SPICES. QUICKLY BROWN THE OUTSIDE OF MEATBALLS, ADD EGGPLANT AND TOMATO SAUCE COOK ON LOW HEAT FOR 5-10 MIN. YUM YOUR DONE!
