Ingredients
1 Cup Brown Rice1 Cup Onions, Sliced1 Cup Carrots, Cut into 1/2 inch piecesAbout 3 Cups Water, may varyAbout a teaspoon of salt
Directions
Add all of the ingredients into a small saucepan and cover after water comes to a boil, cooking until brown rice is tender, but not mushy. Add water if the rice is not finished and all of the water has evaporated.
