Twice Baked Potatoes

Ingredients
4 large potatoes, baked1 ½ cups (6 oz) shredded sharp cheese¼ c. Miracle Whip Light salad dressing¼ c. Non fat milk1 egg½ tsp. saltDash of pepper¼ c. green onion slices4 crisply cooked bacon slices, crumbled
Directions
Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out potatoes, leaving 1/8 inch of a shell. Combine potato, 1 c. cheese, salad dressing, milk, egg and seasonings; beat until fluffy. Fill shells; top with remaining cheese, onions and bacon. Bake at 350 °, 15 minutes. 8 servings.
