onionvegetable brothcanned pumpkin pureedill weedsaltpeppersoy milk vegan margarine (try "Earth Balance")
Chop onion and sautee in melted margarine for 5 minutes on medium heat, until golden. Add water, pumpkin, broth, salt, pepper, & dill. Cover partially and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Puree soup in blender or food processor for 30 seconds, until smooth. Return mixture to saucepan and add milk. Heat through. Can be served hot or chilled.
