Ingredients
Tofurky Italian Sausage, (1 link, sliced)Newman's Own Sockarooni, 1 tbsp*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tspMozzarella Fat Free, 0.5 cup Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.25 cup, strips 1 Mushrooms, fresh, sliced1 Roma tomato, sliced2 Flat Out Multi-grain pitas2 tsp Mrs. Dash Italian Medley seasoning
Directions
Heat the olive oil in a medium-size pan on low heat. Cook the Tofurky sausage for about 5 min. Lay out the FlatOut bread on a pizza pan or cookie sheet. Spread 1 tbsp of the Newman's Own Sockarooni on each. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, bell pepper and the cooked sausage. Sprinkly 1/4 cup of cheese on each pizza. Sprinkly 1 tsp of Mrs. Dash on each pizza. Cook in a 375-400 degree oven until cheese is melted, about 5-7 min.

    I love making pizza with FlatOut! They work really well and are only 90 calories for a giant fluffy flatbread. I can't give this 5 stars because the fat-free mozarella doesn't melt-it just condenses into a rubbery mess. Intead of 1/2 cup fat free cheese, use 1/4 cup part skim or substitute Parmesan. - 3/12/07
