Ingredients
2 tbsp. nondairy cream cheese 2 10-inch flour tortillas1/2 cup shredded spinach2 tbsp. alfalfa sprouts1/4 cup shredded red cabbage1/4 cup sliced avocado2 tbsp. cup chopped tomatoes1/4 cup diced cucumbers1 tbsp. finely diced red onionSalt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Spread 1 tbsp of cream cheese over each tortilla.

Spread an even amount of all ingredients and fold.
