Breakfast Quiche with Turkey Sausage

3 large eggs1/2 cup lite mayo1/2 cup 1% milkpre-made rolled pie crust1 cup shredded cheddar cheese3/4 cup finely chopped onion (1/2 medium onion)3/4 cup finely chopped red pepper (1 medium pepper)1/2 lb chopped pre-cooked turkey breakfast sausage2 tbs cup grated parmesan cheese
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Unroll premade pie crust into 9.5" pie plate and trim and crimp endges with fingers.
Place turkey sausage, onion and red pepper into crust and mix and distribute evenly on bottom of the crust.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the meat and vegetables.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayo and milk until smooth.
Add the eggs, 1 at a time, whisking in between each until the mixture is smooth.
Pour the mixture over the contents in the pie crust.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of the unbaked quiche.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes until the middle is set and a knife inserted in the middle of the quiche comes out clean.
