1 cup Aunt Maple's Buttermilk Pancake Mix3/4 cup Water1 small apple, peeled & diced1 tsp. cinnamon
In a medium bowl mix pancake mix and water until completely blended. Stir in apples and cinnemon until mixed. Bake on properly heated griddle. Makes 4 pancakes 4-5 inch diameter.
