Aloo Gobi - Indian Cauliflower & Potatos

1 Tbs. Olive Oil1/2 Medion onion diced2 cloves of garlic2 tsp. cumin1 tsp. corriander1/2 tsp. chilli powder1/2 tsp. turmeric1 tsp. salt2 medium potatos peeled and cubed3 tbsp. chicken or vegitable stock1/3 cup fat free plain yogurt (optional)1 mediam head cauliflower
Sautee onions and garlic in olive oil. Add cumin, corriander, chilli powder, turmeric and salt.
Add potatos and stock. Stir to combine and cover for 5-7 minutes.
Add cauliflower and yogurt. Cover and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until potatos and cauliflower are tender.
