Beef Stroganoff with Pasta

Ingredients
220 g Beef, cut into strips2 medium Onions, sliced thinly1 tablespoon Cornflour200 g Mushrooms, quarted125 ml Water1 ½ teaspoon Mustard, Dijonpinch Parsley, dried500 ml Milk10 ml Oil
Directions
Add oil to skillet and cook beef until brown all over.
Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
Add onions and mushrooms and cook until soft.
Add meat to onion mixture.
Add water to the cornflour to form a smooth paste.
Add flour-paste to skillet and cook over low heat until sauce thickens.
Mix mustard and milk together and add to skillet, cook until sauce thickens.
Season with salt and pepper.
