pine nuts, flour, dill weed, lemon-pepper seasoning, egg, lemon juice, honey, tilapia fillets, butter
Directions
combine pine nuts, flour, dill and lemon-pepper. in another bowl, combine egg, lemon juice and honey. dip fillets in egg mixture, then coat with nut mixture. cook fillets over butter over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side. makes 4, 6 oz servings.
