1 lb Tofu, firm (sliced in 16 pieces)1/4 cup Soy Sauce - low sodium2 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil3 tsp Ginger Root2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
Directions
Slice tofu into 16 pieces
spread out large cookie sheet
drizzle with soy sauce mixture
bake at 350 for 30 min until edges are brown
or to desired crispness
