Flatbread (Raw & Gluten Free)

Ingredients
1 zucchini, shredded1 squash, shredded1 carrot, shredded3 tbsp flax meal1-2 tsp seasonings, to taste (I use cumin and a dash of cayenne)water, as necessary
Directions
Puree veggies until smooth. Add flax and spices and pulse to combine. Stream in water until it reaches the consistency of mashed bananas.

Spread onto lined dehydrator sheets and dry for 4 - 5 hours at 112ish until mostly dry. Flip onto unlined dehydrator tray and continue drying until not gooey but not crispy, either.

Makes 3-4 taco-sized tortillas.
