Ingredients
1/2 cup sprouted lentilshandful fresh spinach leaves1/3 c. water, as needed for consistency1/2 - 3/4 tsp tahini1/6 avocado1 tsp nama shoyu3 tbsp fresh basil1/2 tbsp fresh parsley1/2 tbsp fresh dill1/2 clove garlic, minced1/2 tsp cumin1/8 tsp corianderpinch red pepper flakessalt and pepper, to tastejuice of 1 lemon
Directions
Puree all ingredients in food processor, adding more water if desired (to thin out).

Serves 1 as a meal, or 2 as an appetizer/snack
