White rice

Ingredients
3 cups rice1/2 cup chopped red tomatoes1/2 cup chopped green peppers3 cups water1 chicken bouillon1 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp salt
Directions
place oil in medium pan under medium heat
once oil is hot place tomatoes, green peppers, and chicken bouillon into pan fry for about 2 minutes add rice (after it has been washed with water)
mix rice with other ingredients
add salt then mix
add water and let cook until water is consumed mixing occasionally
after water is completely comsumed turn heat off cover and let rest for about 10 minutes
