1 six ounce container of plain, non-fat yogurt1 tsp creamy peanut butter1 tbsp honey.5 oz raisins
Directions
You can mix this in a bowl or the container and sprinkle with a touch of cinnamon and a sprinkle of Kashi Go Lean crunch for a little extra oomph.
