Creamy Chicken Enchilladas

2 chicken breasts cooked and shredded1 can cream of chicken soup1.5 cups low fat sour cream1 can diced green chiles2 cups grated cheddar cheese10 corn tortillasbaking spray
This recipe makes 5 servings, two enchilladas each.
Boil or bake chicken breats then shred or cut into small chunks.
In a bowl, mix soup, sour cream and green chiles.
Take soup mixture and spread a dap in center of each tortilla. Then add chicken and cheese. Roll up and put in a baking dish that has been lightly sprayed with cooking oil.
When all the tortillas are in the pan, spread remaining soup mixture over the top and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes at 350F.
For a browner cheesey top, leave off the foil.
