* Barley, pearled, raw, 1.5 cup (remove) * Chicken Broth, 4 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) * *Smart Balance Buttery Spread, 4 tbsp (remove) * Carrots, raw, .25 cup, grated (remove) * Milk, nonfat, 1 cup (remove)
Directions
Cook Barley Carrots and Broth for 2 hours replenishing with water and stirring frequently. Add Smart Balance and milk and stir. Serve
