Baked Potato with Chicken Curry

Ingredients
1 Large Baked Potato1 Chicken BreastCreamy Chicken Curry Sauce MixRed PepperOnion
Directions
Place backed potato in silver foil and put in oven for 1 hour on 280 *c gas mark 7

Chop up 1 whole Onion and place into a pan, then chop up the red pepper and add that tp the pan also. Dice the Chicken and add to the mix also.

Place on the hob on high until the chicken starts to go golden.

Once the chicken has started to go golden mix in the curry sauce mix (mixed previously in another container with water) When this begins to thicken, ensure the chickens thoroughly cooked and serve on top of the potato.

Aternatively if you have things to do but need to prepare dinner, take the cooking instructions upto where the sauce has become thick and place onto a slow cooker for as long as neccesary.

This is a quick and enjoyable meal
