Buffalo Chicken Soup

1 small onion, chopped1 garlic clove, minced2 medium celery stalks, chopped2 T light butter2 T flour1.5 C 1% milk8 oz boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded5.5 T Franks Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce4 oz. 2% Velveeta Cheese Product1/2 tsp. celery seed 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
-In a 2-quart saucepan over medium-high heat, cook onions, garlic and celery in butter until tender.
-Stir flour into pan and continue stirring for approximately 1 minute; slowly whisk in milk and broth.
-Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until the cheese has melted.
Serve with celery sticks and ranch or bleu cheese dressing on the side.
