Nimbus Caesar Salad

Ingredients
2 tins anchovies 2 cloves garlic 2 eggs .5 cup grated parmesan cheese1/3 cup blue cheese 1/2 cup lemon juice2 tsp. worcestershire sauce 1 tsp.black pepper1 clove garlic pressed 2/3 cup salad oil1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese croutons2 heads iceberg lettuce 1 head romaine
Directions
Place pressed garlic clove into 2/3 cup salad oil and set aside.
Place in blender :
anchovies which have been drained in hot running water and chopped fine...eggs...parmesan(1/2 cup)
blue cheese...lemon juice..worcestershire...pepper.
Blend. Tear greens into bite size pieces. Add garlic flavoured oil and toss. Add croutons,
dressing and toss again.
Garnish with 1/2 cup parmesan. Serves 12

Dressing can be divided and frozen for a quick caesar later.
