Ingredients
Boneless skinless chicken breast (fresh or frozen)White distilled vinegarSeasoningsWorchestershire sauce
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 450. Put 4 to 5 pieces of chicken breast into roast pan. add Vinegar and any desired seasonings and worchestershire sauce about 4 tsp. Place top back on or cover with reynolds wrap and cook for 60 minutes. Chicken should be tender enough to cut with a fork.
