Banana Nut Bread (Good For You!)

1/2 Cup - Sugar1/2 Cup - Sugar free applesauce (I made my own by cooking 2 peeled and cored apples down and mashing them)4 - Egg whites1-1/2 Cup - VERY ripe bananas mashed (about 3 to 4)2 Tbsp - Buttermilk Blend Powder (SACO brand in the baking stuff aisle)1/2 Cup - Water1 tsp - Vanilla extract1 tsp - Baking soda1 tsp - Salt1 Cup - All-purpose flour1-1/2 Cup - Whole wheat flour1/2 Cup - Chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 250. Whip all but flours in large bowl until well-mixed. Add flours 1/3 at a time and mix well. Add nuts and stir. Pour into 2 loaf pans that have been sprayed with Pam. Bake in 350 oven for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
