Ice Box Rolls

* *Flour, white, 6 cup * Granulated Sugar, 1 cup * Salt, 1 tsp * Butter, salted, 2 stick * Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) * Yeast, bakers, .75 ounce * Egg, fresh, 2 large
1. In large bowl combine flour sugar and salt.
2. In medium bowl add 2 sticks of butter
3. Boil 1 cup of water, afterwards add to the butter to dissolve. Then add one cup of cold water
4. In small bowl whisk 2 egg
5. In another small bowl open all three packets of yeast, add a little LUKEWARM water to the yeast to make it pastey.
6. Then add the yeast to the eggs and stir.
7. Add the yeast and eggs to the butter and stir.
8. Add the liquid solution to the flour and stir until completely combined.
9. Cover tightly and store in the refridgerator overnight.
10.Roll the bread out with a rolling pin or a large cup with flour on it so it won't stick to the bread.
11. Use the mouth of the large cup to cut out circles in the bread.
12. Grease your baking sheets
13. Take the circles and fold them in half, put them on the baking sheet
14. Let them set and rise for about 3-4 hours
15. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
16. Put the baking sheets in the oven one by one.
17. Let cook for 10 minutes or till slighty brown
18. Brush butter on top
