Basmati Rice with Garlic & Almonds

Ingredients
1 cup Basmati Rice1 cube Chicken Bouillon1/4 cup Sliced Almonds (toasted)1 tbsp Ginger, ground1 clove minced Garlic
Directions
Place Rice in microwave-safe dish with 1.5 cups cold water. Cook uncovered 7 1/2 minutes on high. Cover, cook 2 1/2 more minutes.

Toast almonds on a baking sheet in oven at 350 until browned.

Crush boullion cube; combine boullion, almonds, rice, ginger and garlic. Serve hot.
