Seafood Bisque

Ingredients
1 tbsp butter2 tbsp onionpinch parsley12 ounces lobster, crab or shrimp2 tbsp flour2 cups broth (chicken or seafood)1 cup half and half1 cup skim milkpeppercayennesalt1/2 white wine
Directions
Melt butter in sauce pan. Add onion, cook until golden. Add parsley, seafood, cook on low 5 mins. Add flour, cook 3 mins. Stir in broth, simmer partially covered 20 mins. Take off heat and add cream, cayenne and wine. Reheat on low, salt / pepper to taste. (white pepper if you have it is prettier, but black tastes just fine.)
