Tomato Basil Soup

Ingredients
3 cans tomatoes (no salt added)3 cloves garlic (Diced)1 medium onion (diced)3 stalks celery (diced)2-4 Cups Vegetable Broth1 Tablespoons Basil1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoningsalt/pepper (I used Garlic Salt)
Directions
Saute the onion, celery and garlic in olive oil (I used olive oil spray). Add tomatoes and simmer until warm. Puree in a food processor . Put back into soup pan and add Vegetable Broth until the soup is at an enjoyable consistency. Add spices and bring to a boil. Serves about 6.
