Ingredients
Brown Rice, medium grain, 2 cup Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz) Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 2 tbsp Yellow Mustard, 2 tsp Curry powder, 1 tbsp *Lemon Juice, 2 wedge yieldsCheddar Cheese, 2 oz Green Beans (snap), 1 cup
Directions
serves 5
mix soup,mayo,curry,lemon juice,peper & mustard
put cooke rice on the bottom of casserole dish
cover w/ diced cooked chicken
cover w/ green beans
spread soup mixture over green beens
top w/ smal amount of cheddar cheese
cover w/ foil & bake for 30 min or until bubbly at 350 degrees.
can substitute broccoli & cream of broccoli instead of green beans & cream of mushroom soup
