Ingredients
1 slice Whole Wheat Bread, toasted & cut in fourths1 Tbsp Greek Style (e.g., spinach & feta) Hummus4 slices Roma Tomatoes4 slices Cucumber (peeled)2 rings raw red onion, halved2 slices Turkey Bacon, cooked & halved1/2 oz. Goat Cheese
Directions
Layer 4 stacks in the following order (bottom up):

1/4 slice of bread
1/4 Tbsp hummus
1 slice tomato
1 slice cucumber
1/2 ring red onion
1/4 slice turkey bacon
1/8 oz goat cheese (about 1/2 tsp)

Sprinkle with black pepper if desired. Enjoy!
