Homemade Cookies and Cream Ice Cream

Ingredients
Nonfat milk - 1 cupgranulated sugar - 3/4 cuplight cream - 2 cupsvanilla extract - 2 tsporeo cookies, chopped - 6 cookies
Directions
Whisk sugar into very cold milk until dissolved. Add 2 cups light cream and vanilla extract, mix. Chill mixture for up to 2 hours. Pour into ice cream mixer and mix about 25 minutes. Add oreo cookies and mix about 5 minutes more.

Makes about 10 servings.
