MIL's Spinach Balls

Ingredients
2 boxes chopped spinach (cooked & well drained)1 8 oz bag of Earthgrain's Shredded Herb stuffing6 Eggs2 Chopped medium onions3/4 C melted Butter (I use Smart Balance)1/2 C grated Parmesan Cheese1 TBL Accent3/4 tsp pepper1 tsp garlic salt
Directions
Cook spinach and drain well.

Mix with other ingredients.

Let chill overnight for easier ball rolling ( My MIL usually lets it chill several hours - she has no patience)

Make into nickle sized balls & place on a cookie sheet.

Bake 20-25 min at 350˚

In 2 batches my MIL will get around 65 balls.
