Katelyn's Protein Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
Wet Ingredients:1/2 C. Unsalted Butter1/2 C. Butter Flavored Crisco3/4 C. Splenda 3/4 C. Brown Sugar, Packed3/4 C. Egg Beaters2 tsp. VanillaDry Ingredients:3/4 C. Whole Wheat Flour1 C. Vanilla Flavored Whey Protein1 1/4 C. Quaker Oats1 tsp. Baking Soda1/2 tsp. Sea Salt12 oz. Chocolate Chips
Directions
Beat crisco and unsalted butter with mix master or hand mixer. Add splenda and brown sugar. Then add egg beaters and vanilla.

In a separate bowl, stir together flour, oats, whey protein, salt (sea salt is better if you have it) and baking soda. Slowly add entire bowl to wet ingredients. Finally, add chocolate chips.

Line baking sheets with parchment paper and bake at 375 degrees for 8-9 minutes (or until brown). Move to baking rack to cool.
