Philadelphia New York Cheesecake

Ingredients
6 Reduced Fat Graham Crackers, crushed1 Cup Plus 3 Tbsp. Sugar, divided3 Tbsp. Smart Balance 50/50 Butter Blend, melted5 8 oz. Pkg. Reduced Fat Cream Cheese3 Tbsp. Flour1 Tbsp. Vanilla1 Cup Reduced Fat Sour Cream4 Eggs1 can (21 oz) Cherry Pie Filling
Directions
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Line 13x9-inch pan with foil. Mix crumbs, 3 Tbsp. sugar and butter blend; press onto bottom of pan. Bake 10 min.
Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, remaining sugar, flour and vanilla with mixer until blended. Add sour cream; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour over crust.
Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool completely. Refridgerate 4 hours.
Top with pie filling. Use foil to lift cheesecake from pan before cutting to serve.
