Black Eyed Peas with greens & Rice

Ingredients
4 Bruce Aidells Cajun Style Andouille Sausage1 Large Diced onion2 minced cloved garlic3 (14 oz) cans low sodium Chicken Broth1 bag fresh mixed greens (or whatever kind you prefer. I like collard and turnip greens)3 (15.5oz) cans Trappey's Blackeyed PeasSteamed rice (I prefer long gran brown rice)
Directions
Dice up sausage, onion and garlic. Saute in large pot. Add broth, peas and enough water to cover. Simmer for about 30 minutes and then add greens and simmer another 30 minutes.

Serve over rice.
Warning!!! Do not salt, there is a lot of salt in the peas and sausage.

Makes twelve servings 1 cup servings.
