Yummy beef lasagna

Ingredients
Sauce:2 jars of dolmio tomato based pasta sauce of your choice1 med onion, chopped500g beef mince, lean.White sauce:60g butter1 cup flourpinch nutmeg5 cups milk 1 %pack lasagna sheets fresh4 cups mozarella cheese, shredded250g ham shredded
Directions
Brown meat and onions in a skillet
add pasta sauce and tomato paste and heat/stir until well combined and hot.
make white sauce
melt butter in a pan, add flour slowly stirring to combine. (i use a whisk) add milk slowly and whisk to avoid lumps sauce will thicken as it heats. add nutmeg. (add tasty cheese if desired)
layer in an oven proof dish starting with meat, ham, white sauce, cheese lasagna sheets.
finish with plenty of cheese and bake in oven at 180 degC for 30/40 mins or until pasta is cooked and cheese is golden.
