Vegan Simple Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients
Try to use all vegan and if possilbe organic ingredients 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour1 cup (or a little less) brown sugar2 tsp baking soda1 tsp sea salt3/4 cup water or soy milk1/4 cup applesauce (or oil)1 cup (or a little less) chocolate chips
Directions
Pre heat oven at 400 degrees.
Combine the flour, brown sugar, baking soda and sea salt together. Once mixed add water (or soy milk) and applesauce. I use a hand mixer to make sure all the lumps are out. When done mixing, fold in the chocolate chips. This recipe also works well by adding in dried cranberries, blueberries or any other fruits or nuts you like.
