* Red Potato, 2000 grams * Milk, 1%, 1.5 cup * Light Cream , 1.5 cup * Garlic, 1 clove * Salt, 1 dash * Pepper, black, 1 dash
peel land slice potatoes (as thin as possible).
crush garlic and spread it around an ovenproof dish.
layer potatoes in dish, salting and peppering between layers.
stir cream and milk together and pour over potatoes.
place in a 350° F oven (180° C) for 1 hour.
