Cheddar Broccoli Quiche

Ingredients
2 1/4 cups Hood reduced-carb skim milk1 1/2 cups egg whites2 cups chopped broccoli (frozen or fresh)2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (you can use low fat, but the texture isn't very good)3 tablespoons (level) whole wheat flour1 tablespoon dried tarragon1 tablespoon dired rosemary1/2 cup roasted red peppersdash black pepper(This recipe does not need any salt, because cheddar cheese is fairly salty already.)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine egg whites, milk, and flour, and whisk until blended.
3. Add herbs, and mix well.
4. Fold in vegetables shredded cheese.
5. Pour mixture into a nonstick 9 by 13 pan, or spray a regular pan with cooking oil.
6. Bake for about 40 minutes or until set.
7. Cut into 8 pieces and enjoy, or place in individual freezer bags and microwave when needed. Quiche is good for one month in the freezer.
