2 boxes of macaroni for macaroni and cheese but don't use the cheese3 stalks celery chopped1/2 bell pepper chopped1 small onion chopped3 pickle spears chopped1/3 c. sweet pickle relish2/3 cup mayo such as in the remainder of a jar almost empty and add a 1/4 c. pickle juice to it, shake well1 T. parsely salt and pepper and paprika to taste
Cook pasta till soft but not falling apart
put chopped fresh veggies in a large bowl, drain pasta and pour over veggies to steam them and cover and lety stand 10 minutes or so. Then add pickles, mayo and spices.
Stir, chill and eat.
