Ingredients
1 small CabbageHam4 large Potatoes4-5 c WaterCaraway Seeds
Directions
Chop Cabbage into quarters. Chop potatoes and ham into bite size pieces. Put potatoes and ham in bottom of pot. Place cabbage on top. Add caraway seeds and add enough water to cover potatoes. Add Salt and Pepper to taste. Cover and simmer approx. 90 min. Makes approximately 6 2-cup servings
