Hearty vegtable soup

1 tbsp. olive oil1/2 cup chopped yellow onion1cup chopped celery1 cup chopped leeks1 cup chopped carrots1 cup chopped sweet potato4 cloves garlic, minced1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. pepperpinch of cinnamon1 lb. lean ground beef1-15oz. can fire roasted diced tomatoes5 cups low sodium beef broth1 1/2 cups water2 tbsp tomato paste1 tbsp raw honey2-14 oz cans kidney or pinto beans
Heat oil in a dutch oven or large skillet over med-high heat. Add onion, celery, leeks, carrots, sweet potato and garlic.
Saute until vegtables begin to soften, 7 to 9 minutes. Stir
Add seasonings and ground beef. Brown the beef and mix with vegtables.
Stir in tomatoes, stock and water. Add tomato paste, honey and beans.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
