Italian Quiche with Pasta Crust

2 cups pasta (cooked)1/2 cups tomato sauce ( Bolognese )2 oz's ground beef lean (cooked)6 oz's Swiss cheese3 eggs large (beaten)3 egg whites1/4 cup half and half cream1/8 tsp. salt (dash)1/8 tsp. pepper (dash)
1. In a 9 inch pie plate spread the cooked pastas
2. Place sliced cheese all over
3. Add sauce and spread evenly( I used home
made Bolognese sauce 3/4 cup and no added
ground beef.)
4. Beat eggs, egg whites , half and half cream,
salt and pepper pour all over. Keep turning
the pie plate so egg mixture cover all the
Pastas. Refridgerate over night.
Bake in a 350 F oven for 30 minutes or until
center is set.
Makes six servings. Very satisfying.
