Ingredients
2 cups chicken breast, cut in bite-sized pieces4 cups od shredded cabbage1 cup shredded carrots2 TBS cilantro1 small cucumber, thinly sliced3 green onions, sliced1 cup mandarin orange slices1/2 cup Asian sesame ginger dressing
Directions
Cook chicken breast. In a large bowl combine everything , except oranges and green onions, and toss well. Use oranges and green onion for garnish.
