Tuna Salad on a Bed of Mixed Greens

Ingredients
1 6oz can tuna packed in water (or 2 5oz cans drained)2 TB reduced fat mayonnaise1/4 c diced celerydash lemon juice3 cups mixed dark greens1/2 of a beefsteak tomato, slicedsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine tuna, mayonnaise, celery and lemon juice; season with salt and pepper to taste. Pile greens on a plate and top with tomato slices and tuna salad.
