Lite & Easy Chicken Francese

Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts1/4 cup lemon juice1/2 cup light butter (I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light)1/4 grated parmesan cheese2 TBSP fresh parsley, finely chopped
Directions
Slice chicken breasts down the center to make 4 thin chicken breasts. Melt 2 TBSP of butter in a skillet over medium high heat. Add the chicken and brown on both sides. Once chicken has browned, add lemon juice and remaining butter and continue cooking for 5 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and add parmesan cheese and parsley and cook until the mixture in the pan forms a sauce. Pour the sauce over the chicken and serve.
